Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the BioCore tutoring website www.biocoreeducation.com and the services provided by Tamanna (sole properiter).

  • User/You/Your: Refers to any individual accessing or using the Service, including students, parents/guardians, and visitors.

  • Account: A personal account created by a User to access certain features of the Service, such as purchasing classes or managing subscriptions.

  • Content: Any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: All patents, rights to inventions, utility models, copyright and related rights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, rights in get-up, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, topography rights, moral rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications for and renewals or extensions of such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world.

Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account or password. c. Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. d. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account and purchase classes. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the Account and make purchases on your behalf, and they agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Services Offered

a. Description of Services: We provide online tutoring classes and educational resources in various subjects as detailed on our website. The specific content, duration, and format of each class will be described on its respective course page. b. Class Schedule and Availability: Class schedules and tutor availability are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes. c. Access to Materials: Upon purchasing a class, you will be granted access to the associated course materials for the duration specified. This access is for your personal, non-commercial use only. d. Tutor Discretion: Tutors reserve the right to manage class conduct and dismiss students who violate these Terms, disrupt the class, or engage in inappropriate behavior, without a refund for the remaining class duration.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

a. Pricing: All prices for classes and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. b. Payment: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways, PayPal and Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. c. Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchases. d. Refund Policy: * Refunds for class/classes are only initiated if they A) comply with rescheduling and cancellation policies. B)If you report that you did not see any improvement in score/grade within 2 weeks of your last(final) class. How to request a refund: email connect@biocoreeducation.com.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

a. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by any third party. b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: * Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law. * Engage in any form of harassment, intimidation, or discrimination towards tutors or other users. * Upload or transmit any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. * Distribute, sublicense, or rent the tutoring materials or access to classes to any third party. * Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any part of a live class without explicit written permission from us and all participants. * Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service or to any of our servers. * Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser. * Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. c. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information to us.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Our Content: All Content included on the Website and as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and software, is the property of [Your Legal Business Name] or our content suppliers. No Guarantees of Performance: While we strive to provide high-quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes. Your success depends on various factors, including your effort, prior knowledge, and participation. c. Technical Issues: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or hardware/software failures that may affect your ability to access or use the Service. d. Third-Party Links: Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
