Tutor Discretion: Tutors reserve the right to manage class conduct and dismiss students who violate these Terms, disrupt the class, or engage in inappropriate behavior, without a refund for the remaining class duration.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
a. Pricing: All prices for classes and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. b. Payment: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways, PayPal and Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. c. Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchases. d. Refund Policy: * Refunds for class/classes are only initiated if they A) comply with rescheduling and cancellation policies. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by any third party. b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: * Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law. * Engage in any form of harassment, intimidation, or discrimination towards tutors or other users. * Upload or transmit any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. * Distribute, sublicense, or rent the tutoring materials or access to classes to any third party. * Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any part of a live class without explicit written permission from us and all participants. * Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service or to any of our servers. * Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser. * Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. c.
