Life happens, and we get it! If you need to make changes to your session, you can do so at least 12 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule without charge. However, any session(s) cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice will not be refunded as a last-minute cancellation.

To buy more lessons with us, please navigate to the "Pricing" section of the website and choose a plan for you. After which, you will be asked to schedule only the first class. Then you will be directed to make a payment. Viola, you are done! We will then reach out to you via email or phone to confirm the first class's timing. :)

In the rare event that your tutor needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified immediately. We will work with you promptly to either reschedule your session with the same tutor at a mutually convenient time. If the tutor is cancelling or rescheduling the session within the 24 hours, student will not be charged for it.

Our standard tutoring sessions are 60 minutes in duration. This allows ample time to cover topics in depth, review concepts, and work through practice problems. Shorter (e.g., 30-minute) or longer (e.g., 90-minute) sessions may be available upon request.

All our online tutoring sessions are conducted through Google Meet or Zoom.
